Patient presents with failed periodontal therapy for the mandibular incisors. Patient is unhappy with mobility and appearance of these periodontally failing teeth. Patient refuses to wear any removable teeth at any juncture of the treatment plan! |

Following careful planning with the patients restorative dentist, the patient appointed for implant therapy. In one short visit, teeth were extracted without any periodontally flaps reflected, implants were inserted directly into the fresh extraction sites, and abutments (connections) were inserted into the implants. |
